Dr. Perlewitz utilizes the training he obtained during his fellowship with Harvard University to provide cutting-edge care in spinal surgery. He strives to improve the quality of life for his patients and understands success can be accomplished using both surgical and non-surgical means. Dr. Perlewitz is a very family-focused man and gives the same level of care to each of his patients as if you were a member of his own family.

In addition, Milwaukee Magazine and peer physicians have continually recognized Dr. Perlewitz as a Top Doctor in Southeast Wisconsin.

Dr. Perlewitz is dedicated to restoring your body’s function and your quality of life by providing an accurate diagnosis and comprehensive treatment options. Although he’s a surgeon, his practice philosophy is grounded in the fact that surgery is always the last treatment option.
